PG-013 is a fully-chemically synthesized, heterodimeric peptide with equivalent function to IL-15. PG-013 binds to IL-2Rβ and γc and activates downstream JAK/STAT5 signaling, similar to activities of recombinant IL-15. PG-013 can be used in many applications and protocols including scale up of CAR T and CAR NK cell therapies. •Comparable activity at 1/2.2 of the concentration of recombinant human IL-15.
