VEGF Alternative Peptide (VEGFR2 agonist)
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has the ability to promote the proliferation of endothelial cells, and it is also a key differentiation factor for endothelial cells as well as hematopoietic stem cells. PG-007 has been confirmed to possess phosphorylation capability on VEGFR2, similar to VEGF, as well as the ability to promote the proliferation of iPSC-derived endothelial cells and the differentiation of iPSCs into endothelial cells. Exhibits the same level of differentiation efficiency activity at 1/16 of the concentration (ng/mL) of recombinant VEGF.
